Dr. Kickertz and the staff at Premier Endodontics were very nice, professional, and caring. They fit me in on the same day for some tooth pain I was having in a crown. It turned out I did need a root canal. We worked together to determine the best course of action, I was put on an antibotic for a week and returned for the actual procedure. They listened to my concerns regarding my "fears" of having a root canal, answered them, and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Nobody wants a root canal, but all in all, it wasn't a bad experience. It was definately a lot better than what I feared. Also they were able to save the crown! I would highly recommend Dr. Kickertz, and the staff at Premier Endodontics for anyone needing their services.

I traveled approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes from South Carolina to receive treatment at this office, and the drive was well worth it. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They created an atmosphere that truly felt like home. Should I ever require the services of an endodontist again, this practice will be my first choice without hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I had such a great experience at Premier Endodontics of SouthPark. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and dealing with an emergency situation, and they were able to get me in and help me right away. I am so grateful for how quickly they responded and took care of me. From the moment I arrived, Callie at the front desk gave me such a warm and welcoming greeting, which immediately helped put me at ease. Dr. Katie Kickertz and Taylor were both incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They made me feel comfortable and at home during what was otherwise a very stressful and painful situation. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine care I received from the entire team truly meant so much to me. I can’t thank Callie, Taylor, and Dr. Kickertz enough for taking such great care of me. I would highly recommend Premier Endodontics of SouthPark!

I typically don’t write reviews for healthcare offices, but my experience with Premier Endodontics truly deserves recognition. I was referred here for a root canal retreatment. Although they accepted my insurance, the referral came from a dentist I previously had a mediocre experience with, so I was honestly hesitant to move forward. However, due to the urgency of my situation, I decided to call. From the very first phone conversation, Callie (the front desk receptionist) made all the difference. I have dental anxiety that I’ve struggled with since high school, and she was incredibly warm, patient, and empathetic. She took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage and, when there were questions, she even contacted my insurance company herself to confirm details. That level of care and follow-through is rare, especially in healthcare. Callie also gave me space to figure out the financial portion and discussed payment options without any pressure. She made me feel heard, safe, and supported. When I shared my dental anxiety and my previous negative experience, she proactively communicated this to the clinical team so they would be aware before my visit. She even went the ex
